Dear Families,

We now have our Vacation Care Program for the summer holidays.  Bookings can be made on the Xplor Home app; however, please remember that signed permission forms are required asap after booking to secure your spot as places are limited.

Please Note: All children attending vacation care must have current, signed permission forms and up-to-date medical information.  Vacation care bookings are to be finalised two weeks prior to the commencement of the holidays to enable us to finalise excursion numbers and purchase of materials.  Absences/cancellations will be charged and late bookings will incur a fee as per the current fee schedule.  Children must bring morning tea, lunch and a drink bottle unless otherwise advised.

Permission form is available here - Vacation Care Permission Form

Dear Families,

As we approach the end of 2024 we are starting to look towards planning for 2025.  All enrolments automatically cease at the end of the year.  Please complete the attached 2025 Enrolment Requirements form as this will give us an indication of enrolments and will help with planning for next year.  You do not have to know exactly what sessions are required but can choose to remain enrolled on a casual basis and permanent bookings can be added at a later stage if needed.  A 2025 Enrolment Requirements form must be received prior to your child attending the service next year, unless you have just enrolled for 2025.  NB:  This form is only for children currently enrolled.  Any new enrolments must be done through the enrol button on the Programs and Enrolments tab.

In our Term 4 newsletter we have details of our upcoming Vacation Care program and some photos of what we got up to last time.  We also have a quick and easy recipe for one-bowl savoury muffins.  The focus article for this newsletter is about perfectionism in children and how to help them understand that it's okay to make mistakes.

As you know Kidzone OSHC is a Not-for-Profit Service and as such there are certain projects that we need to fundraise to accomplish. We are currently fundraising to upgrade our building and purchase new resources.

Our Kidzone kids have all been working hard on an artwork which can feature on a calendar, diary/notebook, pilow case, greetings cards, tote bag or tea towel.  These are available for order and will make great family Christmas presents or even just in your own home.  Please ask to view your child's artwork if you were unable to attend our family dinner.  Order forms are available by clicking the link Kidzone Crazy Camel Fundraiser Order Form
