Kidzone operates an after school program from 3:30pm to 6:30pm each afternoon during term time. Children are provided with a nutritious afternoon tea. Fresh fruit and vegetables are always offered , as well as sandwiches, toasties or a cooked option, e.g. fried rice, cheesy pumpkin puffs or pinwheels. Dietary requirements are catered for.
We program a variety of activities based on the children’s interests and what is going on around us, e.g., World Environment Day. We also have the use of Romsey Primary School grounds for outside play.
Prep children, and those in other grades but who are new to the service, will be collected from their classrooms by an educator for their first few sessions. For the Prep children this is usually for the first term and then they are gradually introduced to walking down on their own during term 2.
Kidzone offers a free bus service to collect children from St Mary’s Primary School in Lancefield, Bolinda Primary School, and the Candlebark School bus stop in Romsey.
