Kidzone Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) is a not-for-profit provider of out of school hours and vacation care located in Romsey. Our exceeding service is firmly child driven and a place where children can feel they truly belong. We are looking to hire an administration whiz to support the daily operation of the OHSC program.

This interesting and challenging role is responsible for providing a high quality of customer service for children and families. This includes handling enquiries, streamlining processes, record keeping, liaising with local primary schools and other OSHC providers, billing and invoicing, managing the service’s online presence, ordering equipment, preparing documents, and keeping up with child related regulations and safety management. The hours are fantastic and would allow a person to work over three or four short days to accommodate school hours; great for work/life balance!

You will bring a passion for excellence, strong computer skills and a high level of self-motivation (people see you as a go getter!) You have demonstrated experience in a well-rounded administration role and enjoy supporting operational teams to do what they do best.

You may also have existing knowledge of QikKids or hold a child related Diploma (not essential).
